I bought it for my child, but they didn't seem to like it, and it was put away after being worn 2-3 times. There are no stains or stretching of the rubber band, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. The rubber band feels rough, possibly because it has glitter on it. The sparkling parts on Chandelure are very cute. When shipping, I plan to put it in a waterproof zip bag and send it via Yu-Packet Post Mini. Thank you! ☺︎
