Thank you for viewing. I am selling this guitar to raise funds for the purchase of another guitar I want. I believe this short-scale Spalog is extremely rare, as I haven't seen any others. With a J6-digit serial number, it can be identified as being produced by Fujigen between 1989 and 1990, making it a 35-year-old Japanese vintage guitar. The dents and wear on the fretboard give it a great vintage feel. The original block-type saddles didn't quite match the small headstock aesthetic of the Spalog, so I've replaced them with press-type saddles. Current models sell for around 120,000 to 130,000 yen new, but I think this one has a much better vibe. The short scale is easy to play for those with smaller hands and is a lot of fun.
