All the parts are present, but there are some minor scratches, so please refer to the photos. The turtle toy makes sounds. Nemo doesn't make sounds, but my children enjoyed spinning it around! The starfish toy doesn't have much bite marks, but it has scratches, and the belt is a bit faded. The seat has been washed, and the rest has been wiped clean. I believe it was purchased around 2016. I will put it in the original box and ship it with the shipping label attached.
