"I chose the dandelion for the autumn window design because his fur has the flowing color of ripe, golden corn illuminated by the setting sun. Beyond the window is the Hertfordshire landscape, not far from where he lives, and there is the church where our youngest son Julian married Sarah. Weddings have been held at St. Giles Church in Codicote for 800 years. I designed the blackberry and apple wallpaper and surrounding border from the fruits of our garden.
