This item was brought home from my parents' house about 15 years ago. As I recall, the power turned on, but the tuning dial wouldn't turn. I looked at the back and thought the tuning string was broken. I figured I'd fix it if I wanted to use it, so I kept it as is. But now I'm at an age where I'm ready to let it go to someone who wants it. Thank you in advance. Please use it as interior decoration. I tried turning it on, but it doesn't power on.
