This is a K&M trombone stand. It's for tenor and bass trombones, but it's not stable enough for bass trombones. There are no particularly large or noticeable scratches, but there are some minor scratches from years of indoor use. This item does not come with a box or bag. Regarding shipping, I will wrap it in bubble wrap and then put it in a cardboard box.
