This is a sauce pan from the Noda Horo Nichinichi Dougu series. It's a convenient size (14cm) and depth, making it great for blanching vegetables, making miso soup or soup for two, or reheating leftovers. The fact that it has a lid, unlike a milk pan, is also a plus. The white color makes the food's colors pop and gives a clean impression. Furthermore, enamel is acid-resistant and doesn't retain odors, making it an excellent material. However... the downside is that scratches are noticeable. This pot has only been used once, but there are faint scratches on the inside bottom of the pot. (It's difficult to see, but please refer to image ⑧.)
