We have taken good care of it, but please understand that some parts are consumables. For example, if a string breaks during delivery, please replace it yourself. Delivery will be from the Tokyo metropolitan area (either a high-rise apartment with an elevator or a detached house on the first floor (with no more than 9 steps). We will have a professional moving company handle the delivery.
