This is a Minnie Mouse hairpin purchased at Disneyland a while ago. It's much smaller than a headband, so I think it's convenient to carry around. I also think it would be good for children. (Since it's a hairpin that clips into your hair, I don't think it's suitable for babies.) There is some cloudiness on the hairpin part and some of the lining is slightly visible.
