This is a Middie Blythe, Smiley Waffle, made by Takara Tomy. It was included in last year's Junie Moon official Happy Bag. I have stored it in a dark place since purchasing it. I haven't removed the plastic wrap, so I can only confirm from the outside, but I think there are no particular issues. I plan to wrap it directly with bubble wrap over the shipping box and ship it as is. The carton number section of the shipping box has tape on it, but it was there from the time of purchase. It is new and unused, but it has been in someone's possession once.
