The lid, middle lid, and the top two tiers are clean and in good condition. The bottom where you put the water has been cleaned, but there are still some black marks that couldn't be removed. I checked by filling it with water and bringing it to a boil, but there were no problems such as the water becoming dirty. The steaming function works without any issues. Since this is a used item, those who are concerned about minor details should refrain from purchasing.
