This is the AmpliTube TONEX Pedal. The USB port is damaged. I contacted the manufacturer about repair, but they said it was unrepairable and offered a replacement unit for sale. The sale price was higher than buying a new one, so I gave up on the repair. The unit's functions themselves are not problematic, and it produces sound. However, you cannot change the tones without using the USB connection. It will have to be used with the default settings.
