This is a Dunhill Sidecar ballpoint pen! I've forgotten the type of leather. I believe it was either Cadogan leather or galuchat. I gave it as a Father's Day gift about 5 years ago, but it was only used to test the writing on that day and has been stored away in a study ever since. It was only used once for a test write, and has been stored in good condition, so it's practically new. It has a weighty design and seems to have been a popular ballpoint pen, as it sold out quickly.
