This is a traditional Japanese ceramic doll in a beautiful design, wearing traditional Japanese clothing and holding a red fan. I received it from a collector of cursed objects. I was told that a Zashiki-warashi, a type of house spirit in the form of a small child around the age of 5, resides within it. The phenomena began about half a month after it came to my home. Snacks I had left as offerings were found scattered from their bags (the bags were simply opened). I also felt as though I was being watched, and then our eyes met in a mirror (the doll's position had changed, so our eyes shouldn't have met). At that moment, I heard a chuckle echoing in my head. While these phenomena occurred, nothing particularly good or bad happened the next day. However, the cursed object collector who sold it to me said that something good always happened the day after such strange occurrences. It's not a scary object, so if anyone is interested in welcoming it, please feel free. It's a piece I've grown very fond of.
