To accommodate the buyer's preferences as much as possible, such as weight and personal taste, we create each reed from a blank after receiving an order. Each reed has a slightly different feel and tone, so purchasing a set of 2-3 is recommended for enjoyment. However, it's also fine to try one first and then consider buying more if you like it! It has a resistance and the dark sound of a German oboe. This reed is for intermediate players who don't bite the reed. (It's made a little lighter, so it should be fine for beginners or advanced players who prefer a lighter feel, unless you're a complete beginner.) *If you would like to adjust the weight, please send us a message. *As a trial product, we have used recycled tubes to keep the price down.
