As the photos show, this is an old item with rust and stains, and a piece of the box is missing. I'm not sure what the material is, whether it's tin or stainless steel. The dimensions are: height (depth) 4 cm, diameter (top) 3.5 cm, diameter (bottom) 2.1 cm. The weight is about 21-25g per piece. I believe it's a rare item, commemorating the 2nd anniversary of the land reform.
