The spout and cup are unused, and the straw was used twice. After use, it was immediately sterilized with Milton, and sterilized again before this listing. We are selling this because we transitioned from a baby bottle to a cup without a lid, and then to a water bottle with a straw, so we no longer need it. All accessories, such as the packing, are included. There is an outer box and instruction manual. The outer box is relatively clean, but there are some scratches.
