This is a pair of scissors designed to hold retort pouches. It can be disassembled and easily reassembled, making it easy to clean and keep sanitary. I used it once to hold a retort pouch, but I don't use retort foods, so I'm putting it up for sale. I have other scissors, so I haven't used this one.
