I wore this skirt a few times after purchasing it. It has a lining and is not see-through. The waist is elastic. It's very cool and I love it, but I'm selling it because I have too many similar skirts. It has been washed at home. I don't see any stains or tears, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. It will be shipped folded.
