The color is black, and the second photo is the closest to the actual color. It has a hood at the neck, and it's convenient because you can store it by fastening it with Velcro. It's in good condition, but since it's been stored at home, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the details. I will fold it up small and compress it for shipping.
