This is a Nagoya obi with gorgeous colors, embroidery, and cute butterflies made with gold and silver thread. It would be lovely as an accent color for a subdued kimono, and I think it would be fun to pair it with a floral kimono. Because it's a thin obi, it can also be used as a summer obi.
