Patagonia Primo Pants. I purchased these and stored them for a long time without using them. They are Gore-Tex and have side ventilation pocket zippers that also allow access to the interior. They are black, but I think they are closer to dark gray. They are unused, but they have been stored, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
