"CÉRAMIQUE DE ST AMAND" + swan + green transfer stamp This combination suggests that it was manufactured around the early 1920s to the early 1930s. Based on the kiln mark, this is a café au lait bowl made by Céramiques de Saint-Amand (Saint-Amand kiln). It is very rare to find a café au lait bowl from this era in good condition without any major chips or cracks!
