This item was stored at my parents' house. It was kept in a box. I believe it's from the 1960s. It comes with an instruction manual for Nambu ironware. When I opened it, the box was damaged, so I discarded it, but the item was still in its original packaging. The mat also has a gold plate on the back commemorating service at the Imperial Palace, so it was received as a commemorative gift.
