I used this for my first and second child. There are no noticeable stains or scratches, but there are some minor scuffs. There are absolutely no problems with use. The nipples are included in the photos, but they are consumables and I think that if they are damaged, it will affect the baby's drinking, so I will remove them before sending. This is a used item that a baby has used. Please understand this before purchasing.
