I rarely use umbrella bags, so I would say it's in near-new condition in terms of usage. I found this during a thorough cleaning, and it has noticeable wrinkles, storage odors, and rust stains on the metal parts and surrounding areas. Rust-like stains can also be seen on the umbrella bag itself. If there is any discrepancy between the product description and the photos, the photos take precedence.
