While the original paper wrapping and tags are not available, it is believed to be a komon dyed with Shimakame's original stencil. Those familiar with the brand will likely recognize the colors. It appears that Ginza Aoki previously carried a Shimakame komon with the same color scheme and pattern. This piece is gorgeous yet refined and elegant, suitable for wear across all ages and seasons.
