Thank you for looking! This is a ceiling fan with lighting. After purchasing it at Costco, I realized that holes would need to be drilled in the ceiling, so I gave up on using it. It has been stored in a pet-free environment since then. The remote control and all other accessories that came with it are included. It is an unused, new item that was only taken out for inspection and photography. Please understand that there may be scratches on the box due to amateur storage.
