This is a back massage cushion I purchased on Amazon. I initially thought there was a problem with the machine, so I had a replacement sent, but the issue turned out to be with the USB TYPE C adapter. The product itself is fine. Since the original item wasn't collected, I'm offering it for sale. I've confirmed it works, but like me, there's a chance it won't work with certain adapters, so I recommend this to people who already have multiple adapters. I will ship it promptly.
