This is a full bamboo tanago (Rhodeus ocellatus) and crucian carp rod made by Yasushi Saoshi. It's a 5-shaku, four-piece inro-joint rod, longer than the usual tanago rods on display. It was made with the intention of targeting slightly larger fish (Rhodeus ocellatus and crucian carp). Therefore, the price is slightly higher than usual, but the quality is more than worth it. Four-piece construction, total length 150cm, closed length 42.5cm (excluding the mouth plug). Finished with natural Urushi lacquer, Roiro style. Thank you.
