This is a shoulder bag that was sold at an event. I bought it new but am selling it because I don't use it. It's from Think Scrap, a Nagoya-based manufacturer, Tokai Rika, that reuses discarded seatbelts. It seems to still be a prototype, so I think this shape is also limited to this time.
