This is a Happy Meal toy from around 2003 or 2004. It's a "bendable" type, with freely movable limbs, allowing you to pose it for display. I purchased it used from a general store, so there are some paint chips. I think that adds to the vintage feel, and since it's a rare item, how about adding it to your collection? ^_^
