I received this as a gift and have kept it with great care. The surface features etched or embossed patterns of roses and leaves. It's primarily used as a candy dish, trinket box, or accessory tray. As shown in the images, many are sets of two with lids. They are often treated as vintage items and are popular collector's items. I have cherished this since receiving it as a gift.
