This is a very lovely and unusual plate, so I displayed it on a collector's shelf. I haven't actually used it. It has a depression in the center, which is stylish. I didn't know how to use it, so I just displayed it. The bottom of the plate has a dry, earthen texture. I will carefully wrap it in bubble wrap and pack it. I hope it goes to someone who loves it!
