This is a down shoulder warmer that I purchased about two years ago from the Katei Gaho Shopping Salon. I have severe shoulder stiffness, and the fabric is organic cotton. I searched for and purchased this, paying close attention to the down filling, but I ended up putting it away and forgetting about it without using it. I searched for it online, but it didn't come up, so it may have been discontinued. I purchased it for nearly 20,000 yen at the time. It's only been tried on and has been stored, so I think it's in good condition. I am selling it now to organize my closet.
