Thank you for viewing! This is a penguin costume from Costco. The size is listed as 0-9 months, but it seems a little smaller than 70. There is Velcro on the shoulders and crotch. If you don't fasten the crotch Velcro, it can be worn a little longer. As a bonus, I'll also include white pants. These are from Uniqlo. The hood also fastens with Velcro. The belly and bottom have cotton padding, giving it a cute, rounded shape. Since my child has outgrown it, I'm offering it to someone who can use it. How about it for Halloween, etc.?
