This is a Chopper plush tissue box cover. You insert tissues from the bottom, as shown in the third photo. It's a new, unused item, but it has been stored at home for a long time, and there are stains on the cape and the top of the hat (photos 4 and 5). As a bonus, I'll include a Zoro mini playing card set.
