This is a 1M square wall hanging kit featuring the popular pikake flower lei. The foundation fabric for the top is 100cm x 100cm. Uses Kinkame Shigyo, Circle Pallette No. 6. The motifs are cut and basted. The green leaf section in the center uses Cosmo Textile Co., LUSTER 251. The frame flowers, the same color as the surroundings, use Cosmo Textile Co., LUSTER 141. The white pikake flowers use Cosmo Textile Co., AD8080-OW. The lei made of pikake flowers has a dynamic design, with the leaves and surrounding flowers appearing both on top and underneath the motifs. The areas basted with red thread are where the underlying motifs should be sewn first. The batting is from Nihon Vileen Co., Ltd., KS-811S. The edging fabric is provided at 110cm x 53cm. It can be divided into four parts for a frame decoration, or cut on the bias for binding. Sewing threads are set considering the gradation and colors of the motif fabrics. A copy with reference quilt lines is included. The top will be rolled up lengthwise to prevent damage during delivery. A large Monstera-patterned bag is used for the core of the roll. You can carry all the materials together while you are working on the project.
