This two-piece obi with hooks is made by cutting a single obi and is easy to put on! The front piece is tied with a string. This allows for size adjustment, pattern matching, and a secure tie. It also has the advantage of being easily adjustable if the obi loosens while you're out. You can easily and quickly tie a double taiko musubi (drum knot).
