It was worn by an upper elementary school student for a music festival. *It seems something snagged the skirt fabric and the pants fabric, and it has been mended with black thread. There are no stains. • The skirt has a beautiful flare, made by sewing together six trapezoidal pieces of fabric. • The waist is fully elastic, making it easy to put on and take off. • The tag has been cut off because a name was written on it.
