This is a vintage roulette wheel (made by Clover). It's old, but the main body has been stored in its original plastic packaging. It's unused. The metal parts appear to have been coated with something (oil?) for rust prevention. There's a slight cloudiness. I don't see any rust. The handle has fine lines (cracks?) in the surface paint. The one I use for myself works without any problems. The handle is made of wood, and I personally like the feel of it. I will replace the packaging with a new plastic bag. Please understand.
