This is a thread-cutting scissor. It's an old item, but I think it's a good one. I tested it and it cuts well. It has been stored in a warehouse for a long time without being used. As you can see in the 6th and 7th photos, there is some rust on the handle, but there is no problem with use. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item.
