The following is the manufacturer's product description: ObliTARate Gel is a highly potent solvent-based formula designed to dissolve stubborn, sticky contaminants on contact. This chemical removal process plays a vital role in the deconstruction stage of paintwork, and is essential to minimise the risk of scratches and marring during subsequent clay bar and polishing stages. Extremely easy to use, ObliTARate Gel has been developed as a viscous liquid to maximise surface dwell time, aiding the chemical breakdown of contaminants, allowing even the most tenacious sticky residues to be safely wiped away with a microfibre cloth. Immediately after application, it begins to dissolve heavy contaminants such as tar, glue, and rubber deposits, allowing the contaminants to be dissolved and physically lifted from the surface. ObliTARate Gel is also suitable for removing traffic cone rash, factory-applied wax coatings, old sticker, decal and badge residue, and even overspray. Please note that ObliTARate Gel is a very powerful product and may cause damage to fresh paint, SMART repairs, non-catalysed lacquers, and delicate vintage finishes.
