The case and a generic Montblanc-compatible refill (ink cartridge) are included. I purchased this item, but I have been using other pens, and it has remained unused in its case until today. Therefore, there are almost no scratches or scuffs that would detract from the gentle shine of the stainless steel silver. The condition is generally good, including the white star emblem. The case has yellowed slightly due to aging, which adds to its vintage charm. The knock mechanism functions normally, but the ink has dried up and it cannot be used for writing. Please replace the refill upon arrival. Although it is not an expensive model among Montblanc pens, the detailed finish is meticulous and does not feel compromised. The trim is also silver, and the simple design can be used in various situations, so please consider it at this opportunity.
