This is a belted flare long coat from Emmer Refines. I purchased it two years ago and have only worn it once. Worn only once for 4 hours. The color is lilac, size XS. The basting threads on the back are still intact. The cover has been removed, but it has been dry cleaned, so the tag is still attached.
