If it feels tight when worn, it may become more comfortable if you insert it between cushions, etc., for a few days to widen it. This is just my personal experience trying it out. The inside of the headband is made of fabric, so it feels more comfortable than plastic. Please note that I will ship via regular mail to keep the price as low as possible.
