This is a wrap-around skirt-style skort. There is fraying on the string part. Upon closer inspection, there is also some fraying on the fabric. I have included these details in the product photos, m(_ _)m I'm selling it because I no longer have the opportunity to play tennis! The color is a bit more turquoise-like blue than in the photos.
