This is a brand new, very cute top! It's so cute that I couldn't bring myself to wear it, so it's in like-new condition, having been stored away. It's recommended for people around 150-160cm tall, but I think it would fit a wide range of people. I bought it in Shinjuku for around 25,000 to 30,000 yen. I forgot the brand name...
