Manhole Card Shoo Town, Okayama Prefecture This manhole card was designed in collaboration with Okayama Prefectural University to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Shoo Town's municipal organization. The card features the town's mascot character, "Kintokun." I believe there are no noticeable scratches or stains. I put it in a sleeve immediately after obtaining it and have stored it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to minor imperfections. It will be placed in a plastic bag to prevent water damage, reinforced with cardboard to prevent bending, and mailed via mini-letter.
