This item was purchased on Amazon. I was planning to wear it to Disney Halloween (D-Halloween), but I no longer have plans to use it, so I am selling it. It is a set of a dress and spats. The dress was opened once to check the size, so it is not completely unopened. If you are concerned, please refrain from purchasing. (I have not tried it on.)
